The software package is compatible with a large number of devices: automated deposit machines, kiosks and self-service panels, POS terminals, parcel lockers, and more.

MANAGE CONVENIENTLY
The solution is developed using web technologies and provides access to the self-service network from anywhere in the world. As a result, its performance can be monitored by the RENOME SMART Monitoring Center, or after implementation and training, by the company itself.

ELIMINATES UNNECESSARY TRAVEL
Upon identifying a problem, Agent X5 will analyze it and send an appropriate notification. Within a few seconds, the recovery process will begin. Sometimes, it is sufficient to restart a certain module with its help. Timely notification of the relevant service that, for example, the paper or is running out, the cassette for banknotes is full, or calling a service engineer to fix complex breakdowns.
